Our Journey

ACCOMPLICES’ FIRST HIRED GUN

After leading the launch and growth of three different venture capitalist funded,  technology-content startups in digital media hubs around the United States (New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco) – and managing Fortune 1000 clients, entertainment brands ABC, America’s Funniest Home Videos, CBS, Disney, ESPN, Extra TV, Fox Corporation, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, MTV, VH1, TMZ, Tyra Banks (two start-ups reached acquisition) – Tesa Lau started Accomplices as a consulting company, becoming a hired gun for Microsoft Store (United States, China, United Kingdom).

The following years, she secured other high-profile clientele – ranging from large advertising agency Interpublic Group’s FCB, to that music icon you may remember, Seal.

A GROWING NETWORK OF ENTERTAINERS & CONSULTANTS

As the rise of influencer campaigns matured, and Tesa’s network of consultants grew – she expanded the company to include her network of entertainment relationships (inclusive of 500+ influencers with 250MM+ followers) and a consultant network (now hundreds of hired guns around the United States).

ALL IN ON
THE BIG BRANDS

Accomplices concepted the first-ever, national, integrated marketing campaign between Pepsi and Caesars Palace. We then began executing several 360-degree, integrated marketing campaigns, live event activations, and content productions around the United States (Belvedere Vodka, Doritos, MGM Resorts, MTN DEW, Moët Hennessy, Red Bull, SLS Hotels, Silverstein Properties / World Trade Center, World of Dance).

A PIVOT TOWARD
THE U.S. GOVERNMENT

As the world experienced the effects of a global pandemic, Tesa pivoted Accomplices toward new clients Beam Suntory, Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, and a branch of the United States Air Force (Department of Defense) – focusing on consulting services ranging from creative strategy, branding, website design / development, social launches / channel management, technology integrations, digital marketing campaigns, content productions, conference activations, live events, and nationally-broadcasted hybrid events (virtual meets in-person).
